You come to our showroom, meet your designer, and tell us about your project. If you are looking for guidance in developing your ideas, we’ll help you create and share a houzz ideabook which will help us better understand your preferences, and we’ll share resources you can use to explore design options. You’ll get to know us, see our work, and become familiar with our processes.
Either at our showroom, or in your home (an in-home design consultation costs $100, and is non-refundable), we’ll meet to collect all the information we need to design your dream project. We’ll take into consideration the following details:
Using all of the information gathered during our Dream Sessions, we’ll work with you to develop design concepts to fulfill your dreams. After this meeting we will create design drawings to help you visualize the final product of your project.
We’ll review the drawings that we created during our concept development meeting. We’ll base construction and installation on the drawings you select.
We’ll work with you to select wood species, stain color, finish effects, solid surfaces, appliances, fixtures, hardware, and any additional embellishments to make your project uniquely yours.
We’ll create a bid which reflects construction, delivery, and installation of the design you’ve selected, along with all of the accompaniments. Once you accept the contract, we’ll begin the production process, and set a date for delivery, installation, and project completion.
We’ll collect final measurements, as well as location of plumbing and wiring in your project, and if appropriate, we’ll coordinate any adjustments that need to be made prior to delivery.
Our team will ensure complete delivery and installation of your new cabinetry and countertops, as well as coordinate installation of your new appliances and fixtures. We’ll keep you informed of the stage of the project throughout the process of installation. The following is a typical sequence of events for a kitchen remodel:
A member of our team will visit your home to assess the final product of your project. We’ll assure that every piece of your new space lives up to your expectations, and take photographs of your new dream space.
